Located in Exeter, Wisconsin, the Badger Ridge HOA is a private organization comprised of home owners in the Badger Ridge Development along Cardinal Crest Lane. The Badger Ridge community is located about halfway between Belleville, Wisconsin and New Glarus, Wisconsin off of Argue Road.
On January 28, 2022, The Home Owners Association and other parties filed a legal complaint against Badger Ridge LLC, Shreckhorn Ridge LLC, and the agent for both entities, Steve Forrer. This complaint was settled in 2023.
